Our team hopes that every service call you book through our MobileBattery app goes without issue, but we do understand that sometimes things can happen. If your technician does not meet your expectations, you can always share your feedback through us by emailing us at

We want you to know that if you have any issues, you have 30 days of letting us know. All requests will be evaluated by our MobileBattery technician's agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been placed, you can have the option to get a full refund of your total amount if your "order" has not been accepted. Your total full refund will be automatic transfer to your original account form of payment in 3-10 business days. If your technician is already on-route and you wish to cancel. A $20 cancellation fee may apply to your credit card. All service fees are final and non-negotiable.
