1. MobileBattery 30-Day Grace Period
All new battery purchases include a 30-Day Grace Period, allowing you to exchange your current battery for a new one if it is found to be defective. A "bad cell" or "replacement needed" status must be confirmed by a load tester diagnosis.
2. Manufacturer Warranty Only
In the event of a battery failure, you may contact the battery manufacturer directly for warranty service at no cost (DIY).
If you choose to book our mobile service for a manufacturer warranty claim:

What is covered: Your battery will be replaced with a new unit of the same specifications for free.

What is NOT covered: Delivery and onsite installation are not included.

Cost: A service minimum charge of $161 (plus applicable taxes/fees) will be applied for our technician to come out and perform the replacement.
3. Premium MobileBattery Warranty
With the Premium MobileBattery Warranty, you receive free delivery and installation on warranty replacements, subject to the specific timeline of your battery.
Coverage Limit (The "Free Replacement" Rule): Free onsite service is provided only during the manufacturer’s designated Free Replacement Period.

How it works: If your battery label states a 30-month free replacement, you get free mobile service for those 30 months.

Prorated Period: Once the battery enters its prorated warranty period, standard service fees will apply, regardless of the warranty type on your receipt.
Example: If you purchase a battery with a 3-year free replacement and a 3-year prorated warranty:

Years 0–3: The Premium Warranty covers both the battery and the mobile service (Free).

Years 3–6: You are in the prorated period. You will receive a partial credit for the battery, but standard service charges will apply.
